I have always been drawn to Frida. I admire her bravery and strength, as well as her vulnerability in opening her heart and soul to others through her art. I never realized that I possess those qualities within myself. I remember the day I dressed up as her for Halloween and how comfortable I felt. That night, I made the most difficult and brave decision for my life. I wanted to capture the feeling of that night- the moment I started listening to my inner voice. Self-portrait
